Clean and fresh accommodations are paired with amiable staff who go the extra mile for comfort. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a tub for relaxation. Nearby attractions like the Santa Ana Zoo made our stay fun. While the area isn't the finest, I felt safe and welcome throughout our visit.

The check-in process was relatively quick.

The room was smoky despite being labeled non-smoking. The tiny sink had a terrible drainage issue that made using it a challenge. Additionally, we struggled with the door lock. it took numerous attempts just to get inside our room.

Staff training needs improvement to ensure clear communication regarding reservations and deposits!!! Rooms require a thorough cleaning, including better maintenance of shower, bathrooms, and overall cleanliness standards!!!

The bed in the Queen Room was surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Also, the check-in process was quick which I appreciated given my late arrival.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not optimal.

I gotta say, when I checked in, the duo at the front desk, Alex and Yasmin were just excellent, helped me with everything without a hitch. The room was spick and span, and those comfy beds had me snoozing like a baby for 7 nights.

I had a delightful stay where the room was surprisingly clean with a nice smell, and I appreciated the staff being accommodating and friendly, especially the front desk staff. The bed, although not like a luxury hotel, was comfy enough for a good night's rest.

I loved the spacious room and the relaxing tub – it was perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The pool area and cozy lounge were great spots to kick back. Just be aware of occasional noise from the hallway, but overall, it was a really nice stay! 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and pet-friendly policy. The staff once helped me print important documents during my first stay – so helpful! I'm excited to return for a holiday.

The room was decent but had some cleaning issues, like some hairs on the towels. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel super safe with the shady people around. But at least the staff was polite and helpful. The room had wooden floors, which made it feel a bit cleaner. Parking right outside was a plus though.
